This branding was created for an independent band from Rio de Janeiro that mixes Jamaican rhythms with other sounds from Brazil and abroad, from tropicalia to punk. The logo is essentially customized lettering that may be used in different ways.
The aim of the band was to have a recognizable look that represented the mixture of sounds, and that suggested Jamaica in an informal and modern way, without resorting to the graphic cliches of Jamaican music.
